Please plan to arrive at 2:30pm to have time to walk to the ceremony space and be seated before the start time.

A 90-minute cocktail hour will take place between the ceremony and reception, where you can enjoy cocktails, mocktails, small bites and hopefully lawn games.

Both our ceremony and reception will be at RHS Gardens Wisley.

We hope the English weather will cooperate, and we will be able to have our ceremony and cocktail hour outside in the beautiful gardens. In the chance of rain, we do have an indoor area the venue will be able to pivot to, so everyone can stay dry on the day. The reception will take place indoors.

We kindly ask that during our ceremony, you keep our wedding "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day. We've hired an amazing photographer and videographer, and you don't want to be that person in photos with your phone out! Before and after the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like.

Semi-formal attire: We ask that you wear semi-formal attire, such as a cocktail-length dress or dressy separates for women and a suit and tie for men. Please note that the ceremony will be held outdoors, with the terrain consisting of a combination of grass and well-paved dirt paths.

England's summers are warm during the day and cool at night, so we recommend a light wrap to cover bare shoulders in the evening and sunglasses for the outdoor ceremony. We will provide sunscreen to keep guests comfortable.

By Car: Wisley is located off the A3, just south of the M25 (Junction 10). Use postcode GU23 6QB for your sat-nav. There is ample overnight free parking available on-site at the main entrance.

By Train from London:The most frequent service is from London Waterloo to Woking (approx. 25–30 mins). From Woking, it is a 15-minute taxi ride to the gardens. Alternatively, if you are staying overnight, see our ‘Accommodation’ section for shuttle details from the main hotel hubs.

The Guest Shuttle: To make your day as relaxed as possible, we are providing a shuttle bus service to and from RHS Garden Wisley. The shuttle will pick up guests from the lobbies of both the Brooklands Hotel and the Hilton Cobham. Departure times will be confirmed closer to the event.

For guests within driving distance of the venue, there is free on-site and overnight parking.

We have secured discounts for 20 rooms at the Brooklands Hotel in Surrey and 20 rooms at the Hilton Cobham for both the 19th and 20th of June. Both are about a 10-minute drive from the venue.

To Brooklands Hotel: Take the train from London Waterloo to Weybridge (approx. 35 mins). This is a short 8-minute taxi ride from Weybridge Station.

To Hilton Cobham:Take the train from London Waterloo to Weybridge or Cobham & Stoke D'Abernon (approx. 40 mins). Both stations are about a 10-minute taxi ride from the hotel.

By Car: Hotels are located just off the M25 (Junction 10) and the A3, roughly a 45–60 minute drive from Central London depending on traffic.

If you miss the deadline to reserve a room in our block, reach out to the hotel and mention our wedding anyway; they may be able to accommodate you with our discount in a room outside of our block.

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guest list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation, and no additional guests can be accommodated.

Our wedding is adults-only, with the exception of a small number of young children whose families are travelling internationally and have no alternative childcare arrangements. Those children are named on the RSVP. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to an unforgettable evening together!

We've arranged a wonderful wedding crèche for the day, which is reserved for a small number of children joining us from overseas. As spaces are limited and already allocated, we kindly ask other guests to arrange childcare ahead of the big day. We truly appreciate your support in helping us create the day we've always dreamed of!
